PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments by credit card are charged in full at the time of ordering. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized and captured.

  • CollectoZone never receives, records, or stores your complete credit card information
  • We only see masked card details (last 4 digits) for order processing purposes
Important: Your banking information is handled exclusively by certified payment processors (Shopify Payments and Stripe). We never have access to your full card details, CVV, or banking credentials.

PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes where required by law.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • An immediate order confirmation email with your order number
  • Payment receipt showing the amount charged
  • Estimated delivery timeframe

PAYMENT DECLINED

If your payment is declined, possible reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds in your account
  • Incorrect card details (number, expiration date, CVV)
  • Billing address mismatch
  • Card issuer's fraud protection measures
  • International transaction restrictions

What to do:

  1. Verify your card details are entered correctly

REFUNDS

As orders are processed immediately upon payment validation, refunds are only issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refund processing:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account
  • You will receive an email notification when a refund is processed

No late payment penalties or discount adjustments apply, as all payments must be completed before order fulfillment.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, as required by US state and local tax laws.

PRICE CHANGES

Product prices are subject to change without notice. However, once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, the price is locked and will not change.
